Every referred patient is assessed against clinical criteria, tracked on ODI and VAS at fixed checkpoints, and referred back the same day if their presentation needs surgical or specialist care. Written progress reports are provided to the referring clinician at every measurement point.

For practices and hospitals establishing an ongoing referral relationship — including our surgeon-referral pathway, where patients found unsuitable for non-surgical care are referred to partner surgeons the same day, with full documentation.
